I ordered projector HID headlights for my 2006 VW passat, one of the hid ballast doesn't work. I can't get them on the phone nor will they return my emails. They did the first couple then completely stopped. They are crooks and its unfortunate this company is in Cali. Will never even consider doing any business what so ever.
SCAM!!!! I ordered smoked headlights, smoked break lights, fog lights and a third brake for my 2000 jeep grand Cherokee everything showed up except the third brake light. I have emailed them, called them and can not get a response. I have filed a complaint with usaa to stop payment and we will see how that goes. Order Status: Some items did not get shipped. Scam Alert!!!! ProTuningLab.com are thieves, do not do business with them. They will steal your money and not send parts! They do not answer their phone and never return phone calls or emails to straighten the matter out. If you have problems with this company report them to your local authorities right away. this f*cking company is a scam!! i ordered a custom set of brake lights ($100). a custom grill ($125). and a set of blue l.e.d. headlights ($165). i recieved the brakelights which dont fit my 2004 expedition, and the grill. been trying to reach them with several phone calls and havent gotten a response! ....who can i dispute this too? someone please help! this company is a bunch of RIPOFFS! Iplaced a order with these guys got no headlights that i ordered yhey charged me for two sets tried to contact them by email phone and had paypal contact them and got nothing i wouldnt order or tell anyone to order from them again they are the most un professional people that i ordered from
orderd headlights and fog lights for mustang,received fog lights but no headlights. After several attempts to contact them (which by the way their customer service is a recorded phone message and an email address)I filed a dispute through paypal, they replied with refusing a refund/headlights. They said it was all shipped in 1 package that measured 12 x12 x7.5 and had a shipping wt of 2lbs. which clearly could not have had all the items in it. Do not do any buisness with this company, they DO NOT BACK UP THERE PRODUCT AT ALL. I could never get them to respond to emails or voicemails.
Customer service was horrible. I had an issue with the delivery times, and attempted to call the company numerous times daily via telephone and e-mail, and NEVER got a response. I didnt get a shipping confirmation or even a tracking confirmation until after I had to pay out of pocket to have this package rerouted, because the company requested that someone at my address was there to sign for the package from 9-5 m-f depending on when they came, no exceptions, like dropping it at a neighbors....if you order from them, I hope ... read more
