I had my brother order me a set of Projector lights for my 02 Audi A6 and I am very disappointed with their customer service. At first they said they were shipped then they were on backorder. So finally almost three weeks later they shipped them. They did go in very easily and at first worked like a charm for about a week. I ordered a set of projector lights for my 02 Audi A6 they first told me they shipped them and then all of a sudden I got a email telling me they were backordered so finally almost a month later I got them. They did plug right into my factory plug. They are prewired with the 12k HID's and worked good then all of a sudden the right one started changing colors from purple to clear and now it has gone out. WORST WEBSITE EVER. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS. I ORDERED A PAIR OF PROJECTOR HEADLIGHTS AND FOG LIGHTS FOR MY 08 DODGE RAM. GOT THE HEADLIGHTS WITH MISSING PARTS. STILL HAVEN'T SEEN THE FOG LIGHTS IT HAS BEEN 37 DAYS NOW. THEY WILL NOT ANSWER NOR EMAIL ME BACK. ONCE AGAIN DON'T BUY FROM HERE. HOWEVER I HAVE SINCE ORDERED THE SAME FOG LIGHTS FROM MY TIGHT RIDE.COM NOW THESE KIDS ROCK AND THEY ANSWER THE PHONE AND HOOK YOU UP WILL ALL THE PARTS NEEDED TO GET IT DONE.
I ordered a set of ccfl projector headlights for my 04 dodge ram. They had the hid 8000k bulbs pre installed. Shipping was great but it all went bad from there. Apparently there is a separate wiring harness needed for these lights. Wasn't specified by the company. Another 60 bucks. The ccfl halos didn't work. Had to buy new ballast for them. More money. Absolute scam. Ordered headlights for my srt4. Two weeks later no lights. They are on backorder(there's a surprise because their website said it was instock). Exchanged a few emails with him and he agreed to refund payment if they were not in today. I have called twice and left two voicemails and emailed two times today and have gotten no response. unacceptable. Absolute worst customer service ever!! ORDERED HEADLIGHTS WITH HID AND LED 3RD BRAKE LIGHT. GOT HEADLIGHTS FAST. THEY DID NOT FIT. NO EMAIL OR PHONE CALL RETURNED BY BY COMPANY FOR ALMOST A WEEK. ASKED TO RETURN HEADLIGHTS AND ASK WHERE LED 3RD BRAKE LIGHT WAS. STATED 3RD BRAKE LIGHT WAS IN THE MAIL. OMG!! I wish I would have read these reviews before I purchased from them. Absolutely a scam! Why bother having a phone number to leave a message or send them an email --they don't call back or respond. They sent the headlights ($300) but was missing parts!!! Website is completely misleading and inaccurate. WARNING to potentional buyers -- STAY AWAY -- even if you have to pay more go someplace else!!! People like this should be caught and put in jail. Phony business and biggest scam ever!
Don't purchase anything from these guys, poor quality parts and sorry customer service!!!!!!!
WORST OF THE WORST! I purchased a $300 set of lights and received one with a bad ballast... They won't replace it or answer emails. Halo rings on lights come on but are so dull them might as not be there. HID Projection lights is only good for about 25 feet! Don't make the mistake many of us here have made... reat the REVIEWS FIRST.
