Ordered a set of $120 clear Fogs with HID kit installed for my Dakota. Right out of the box a screw fell out. Found it to be the bulb hold down screw which fell out because ProT stripped out the threads while assembling. The screw shoulder is actually too large to start straight in the hole, so they just force a cross threading to assemble (poor quality - I am certain once the bulb needs replaced I will have to start over again!) The service was great, as well as the fact shipping took much less longer than I would have expected. I do have one discrepancy though. On the page it clearly states that it is direct OEM replacement; this is not the case. I have got the tail lenses installed and don't have enough bulb sockets to fit all of the holes on the new lights. The connector for the LED's takes up my only brake light socket making the bulb socket have nothing in it. AVOID! I ordered replacement headlights with HID projectors from them. It arrived in a box that looked like it went thru a war. There was so much extra tape used to seal it, I was immediately weary. When I opened the box it appeared that the item was already opened. I examined it as much as possible, then the trouble began. The electrical components were definitely tampered with. ordering the stuff was very easy but ive been waiting alot longer then the 4-7 buisness days for my order. and contacting the buisness is a joke cause they never call back or answer the phone
On 9-13-2012 I ordered an L.E.D. third brake, a 60" light bar , and a pair of tail lights. In about 1 week I received the third brake light, followed a few days later with the light bar. Now comes the "fun". After waiting several more days I tried e-mailing and calling ProTuningLab repeatedly for several days. Eventually I got someone to answer the phone and they told me the tail lights I ordered were deffective and were all sent back to the manufacturer to be repaired.For an additional upcharge they would send me a better q... read more

First, they do not answer the phone or return messages so do not even bother. Second, their free shipping forces you to ship to the billing address and they use fedex home which you cannot pickup after hours so someone has to be home waiting for the package or you are out of luck. Third, they do not return emails readily so hope you do not have a problem or you are stuck with it.
