I placed a order last Sunday and got a prompt automatic order confirmation and debit from my account. Today (Wednesday) I had not received any further info so I went to the link in the order confirmation that said click here to check status and was surprised to see it said order cancelled! What? Why? I agree! do not order from these guys, what a mess. Didn't ship my correct order and then shipped out the items incorrectly. Very similar experience from everybody else. 12/11 and i still don't have the correct parts needed for the install. Saving a few bucks is not worth it for me. I rather pay more and get my shipment and costumer service satisfaction. WHAT A JOKE these guys are.....
Price is a bit high, and 2-1/2 weeks, still in Richmond, CA. Was it not sent priority mail? Largest flat rate is $14.65. 12x12x5-1/2
I ordered the item on December 2nd and I just now, Dec 10th, found out that the item may not ship for 2 to 3 weeks. Looks like it won't be here before Christmas so not satisfied at all. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
This company at first gave excellent customer service, but they don't answer phone nor email me back once I placed an order for two vehicles. Don't bother ordering from them.
I ordered some after marked HID headlights for my 02 Honda Civic. Less than a year after installing, one of the headlights burnt out (which struck me as odd being that HID lights are supposed to last longer). I wrote them an email inquiring whether this was covered by a warranty. I got a prompt response saying they would ship me a headlight which I replied and thanked them. I placed my order online November 19 2012. Today is December 4 2012 and my order has still not been shipped. I am underwhelmed by the timely manner in which this process is being expedited. The website states that orders are filled and shipped within 24 hours of placement. The charges were certainly billed and paid for in a timely manner. I am disappointed with this company.
NO RETURN PHONE CALLS OR E-MAIL
The vw headlights I recieved were junk. I tried calling pro tuning lab for two days before finally emailing them for a return label. I will not buy from pro tuning lab again. Keith Bancroft
