Ok the shipping time was only 3 days which was good....Now for the bad part.You just can not get hold of them by email or phone..very unresponsive. I got a set of head lights for my car that simply do not fit. Their site says perfect fitment OEM standards ( YEAH RIGHT) also my stock 9005 HIGH beam and H11 LOW beam were replaced with an H1 HIGH and I dont know what the LOW is in the new ones because I have nothing that will fit them. Will never buy here again.
Never going to purchase anything from this site again. I ordered my stuff over 2 weeks ago and have only recieved my tail lights. I purchased headlights on their site that they apparently don't even carry anymore and they still haven't gotten back to me about switching them for different ones, it's been about a week since I last talked to them about the headlights because they never pick up the phone or answer e-mails when I try to get a hold of them. very dissatisfied.parts are paid for,idont have them and they cant find them. fedex said protuning initiated a label but nobody picked up the package. i was told i would nee another tracking number.i called back and they still didnt have it
We have not received our order yet. Monday I checked the tracking on the package, it said it was to be delivered September 25th. After it did not arrive today, I checked the tracking number again, and it said hold at Fed Ex, can not be delivered. On the ProTuning heading above it, it said order has been cancelled. I have tried calling, but get an answering machine. I am totally lost as to what has happened and no correspondence from ProTuning to tell us what is going on. So as of right now, very disappointed. The ordering process was easy. As far as checking on the status of my shipment it is really bad. Whenever I use their link the page does not give me any details. And I am also still waiting on the taillights that I ordered.
Update 10-1-12: Returned headlights to ProTuningLab for full refund after learning the only fix (see problem descriptions below) is to return them and wait for ProTuningLab to receive them before they send me a new set...not good! Shipping takes too much time
Have not recieved lights yet. There is a tracking number but has been no information on the tracking number for several days. I call pro tuning early this morning but have not heard back from them. The money was taken from my account right after the order. The price was right but getting a little leary since I have yet to see tracking or hear from them.
