You know how service can make or break a place? They break it with their inability to even be courteous. When you call, a sour tone answers. When you pick up a package at the office, they are unorganized and then complain that your package is too heavy. Instead of asking how you are doing, they ask "what do you want?" in a manner that feels like you are unwelcome even though you live there. I have personally never lived at Providence, but one of my closest friends used to live there. I'd been to her place many times and heard countless stories. I would say from an objective poit of view, this place would be very hit or miss. They were just so many issues I saw her deal with first hand.

I have lived here for 18 months and have 6 more months left on my lease. I am a student and I live here with my husband. The first year was mostly good and I stayed because they did not raise the rent and I was too lazy to move. The apartment has taken a turn for the worse in the last 3-5 months.
