From a real estate locators perspective, it was difficult getting in touch with management via calls and emails. However it does seem like a good place to refer apartment prospects due to location and amenities.

Very inconvenient w the often constructions. Get ready to dodge and man holes in the garage and squeeze through tiny spaces to get to your parking. The trash is always spewing out of its dumpsters.

If i could give them zero star i would. Let me go straight to the point. You would think that paying a total of $1700/month would get you a decent service...think again. I lived on the ground floor. - The place is dirty. Not sure what happened to those people but all of the sudden they stopped cleaning the hallway. You have weeks when trash has been piling up to the point you can't even walk through the hallway. Please think twice before you move here. The water goes out frequently, the gates are always broken. Someone broke into the mail boxes stole my drivers license and credit card and use them and I had a hell of a time correcting my accounts. The management sent out an e-mail stating that they contacted the people that all personnel which mail boxes were broken into to let them know. They fail to contact me. I hate living in this apartment! I cannot wait till my lease is up! It is loud all the time,My neighbors beneath me and four doors down beside me fight all the time and I can hear it in my apartment. The floors in the hallway I made of concrete so you can hear everything. The complex allows residents to have large dogs many residents have more than one dog living in their home. I have been in Providence for a little over a year now. The price and location are good, but be careful that you do get what you pay for. The folks at the lease office are nice, friendly people and for the most part responsive. If I could give this complex a negative star I would. First, we went to visit the complex on Saturday May 11th. There was a homeless man sleeping on the front step. When we entered the lobby area we told them of the situation and they did nothing about it. Instead we were greeted by the rudest gentleman by the name of Andrew. I lived here with my husband for three years. At first, it was great and affordable! We moved in to an apartment that was about $960 a month. The next year when we were asked to renew, they offered us a "great deal" of $1200 for rent in the exact same unit. We were in the process of planning a wedding and had no time to find a new place, so we resigned our lease. Now that I have officially moved out it's time to update my review. After my previous complaint with this apartment complex I didn't believe it could get any worse but to my surprise it has. After they did their walkthrough, they are now trying to charge me for items I did not break. I do not mind paying for things I've caused but to make me pay for things I did not cause is a new low, even for this place.
