Recently renovated but poorly done. Sloppy construction, ugly paint, old phone jacks still on the wall, rust. Saw a few bugs inside. Extremely overpriced. Management is rude, incompetent and focused on profit, not service.
I lived here for 2 years and it has really gone downhill. A huge problem I have with the management team is that you cannot actually call the office. An automated message picks up and you have the option of either being connected to an out of state call center or you can leave a message. I've left 2 messages this week because the call center could not assist me, but since I am not calling about leasing an apt and they already have my money, I have not received a call back and it's been 6 days. The place has potential. Been living here for about a year. Great swimming pool. Great location. Bad management. For example, right now is 01.50AM, loud neighbor talking and plunging in the pool. The front office has been told this constant issue, but it does not stop. They have night guards who are supposed to control this. In one posting with the complaint, the front office replied in writing, that "we" the tenants need to direct the security guards. Security guards is so untrained, they get my rental car towed. The location is great, but the maintenance is awful. I have had to call them several times for legitimate things. Broken garbage disposal, windows won't open, leaking sink, etc. It has taken multiple phone calls and visits to the office to get things repaired. It takes 3-12 days to get a repair completed and one of the repairs is STILL not complete. Mail area is usually littered as well.
The apartments are fine. The outside hallways are dirty and there is usually trash blowing around. New management took over a couple of months ago, but I haven't seen any improvements. As a matter of fact the place is dirtier than it's ever been, but the worst part is the staff. There is one that is great and the rest including the property manager are terrible. I have lived in apartments for the last 12 years and this is by far one of the worst experiences of my life. I share this feeling with many other tenants. In fact, by the pool the hot topic of conversation is moving out. I have outlined below the truth behind this place. Worst move-in experience EVER! The entire process was chaotic and the person we worked with never gave clear information. She told us that we'd be able to move in on a Sunday, but when we showed up with all of our possessions, she'd gone on vacation and not informed her colleagues that we'd be coming in. Our assigned apartment was not cleaned so they had to rewrite our lease to move us into another unit. On top of moving already being stressful, they made the process LONGER & MUCH WORSE.
My original review was deleted so I will keep this short and sweet. This place is awful. Dirty, trash everywhere, throw up in the halls, no parking because they don't tow and they never have your packages. Had to start sending my packages to my office. You hear everything. Feels like a nasty college frat house. You can get something WAYYYYY nicer for your money. Don't waste your time here. Oh... My dog also got attacked by a Pitbull not on a leash.
First the apartments are lovely they are very well put together but they are very over priced. They have some nice upgrades but they are not worth the trouble. I have been a resident here for a little over two years now. The last year has been the worst of them all. They have new management and they are very nice how ever that doesn't get the job done.
