It took an hour and a half to get our for that was mediocre at best. We had to go find our waiter to pay the bill. We will not be going back.

We have been multiple times and enjoyed always enjoyed the mushroom tart and brisket. This visit our food was tasteless and cold abs had to be sent back. Our waitress was fantastic and suggested the chops. The chop arrived… cold!. It was 10pm and we were hungry and just ate. Disappointing but ut is covid!

Server was bland and monotoned. No enthusiasm for her job or the food. We shared a crab hash brown that was mushy. I had a $54 ribeye that was an awful cut of meat covered in some type of tomato purée which was not requested. My wife had the tortellini which was decent. Steak was flavored by making it extra salty. Lobster risotto had zero lobster and only a hint of a seafood flavor. Root vegetables were burnt. Fancy plating can only take you so far. At some point you expect farm to table flavors to pop and it just never happened. Maybe this place is better in the summer? Just didn’t taste like it had recently been sourced from the farm.

Not good… we have had better food quality at Longhorn. The atmosphere for anniversary was less than romantic as we sat at table for 2 in the confluence of traffic from kitchen/bar/dining room. Once Jerald knew we were wanting bread our only option was seven bread sharable, which one sharable was a single slice of multigrain bagged bread buttered with oregano(?).
