Ordered the ribeye and discovered that steaks are not their specialty. Over cooked and thin cut of meat. The seafood and pasta dishes were better choice. Service was excellent but the food was way overpriced in my opinion, especially the steaks. Noise level from street below was especially loud with motorcycles and cars blaring music. Really detracted from an otherwise beautiful setting.
I would not recommend this restaurant. The quality of service, food or leadership does not match other restaurants of this calibar. I will not be going there again.

Just into the beginning of our service the waiter spilled a whole bucket from a previous wine earlier in the night from a different table. There was no ice left in the bucket as it had all long since melted in fact it was room temperature. But it literally poured down my back form my neck to my belt all over the back of my shirt and chair. I had to actually wring the water out of the shirt. Felt rushed. Food wasnt great neither were drinks
The Brussels Sprouts were icky, too firm. I took them home and cooked them some more. Bring back the Fig dessert!
Love this restaurant, and have been here so many times. In fact, just the week before! Food is always wonderful. But tonight, our service was SO SLOW!!!
Recap: -Waiter did not make eye contact, and after delivering cocktails although he "checked our table" did not come back for 30 minutes to take order. -Appetizer and salad served in a rush at the same time. Really? What? Now they are in a hurry to get us in and out for the next rsvp? -Plantain sauce on salmon disappointing, not a flavor I want with anything, too bad. The salmon was cooked perfectly. Took almost an hour to get our food once we ordered. His potatoes were cold. It was SO loud in there we couldn't even hear each other and we were sitting right next to each other. The waitress was great and very apologetic about how long it took to get our food. I would definitely stay at the hotel again, but would not eat at Provisions.
We had been saving up money to go back to Provision and we were so disappointed by our service. Our server took our order incorrectly and my food came out wrong. They took my husbands food back as well and brought it back out with my order and both our meals were cold. Our waiter never asked how our food was either so we didn’t get to tell him about our poor quality of food.
