We really enjoy the food at Provision (but really wish they would bring back the charred romaine salad). While the wait staff is very good, the past two times we have been here the service is SO slow. We ordered and got our salads about 15 minutes later, but it took a good 30-45 minutes more before our entrees came out. Why??? It wasn’t even that busy, so why make people wait so long to get their food? Everyone in our party questioned coming back because of this.

I will speak with our team to be more attentive to how they are pacing a table. Although we never want to rush anyone, we do need to be timely. Food not good. Wedge...lettuce was brown. Steak...ordered Medium. Got it Rare. Sent it back. Recook steak came out Med Well. Disappointed. Won't come here again.
Service was surprising slow. Not sure if it was due to Sunday or what. We arrived at 6:30 and anticipated leaving about 8:00. It was 9:25pm before we left. Food was very good.
Acoustics terrible. Can't have a conversation with out leaning forward to speak to your party. Steak very poor. No taste and way over priced at $72. Scallops good, but only three for $45. Unbelievable. Poor service. Wait to long a wait to order for any adults and no recognition for youth in the party. Will not return.

I love the Cunningham group. They’ve always done such an amazing job, but this dinner fell short. I ordered the pork chop at provision it was 50% fat and the other 50% was barely edible. The service was amazing and the ambience was incredible, but it was just a really crappy cut. I told the server at the end just to let her know that she needed to inform the chef.
we are there for the Mother's Day special menu and we're disappointed in the cost. We only got one small piece of appetizer per person. The egg frittata dish was bland, small portion, and had no sides, eggs Benedict had no sides, the short beef rib dish was the best but it was still a small portion for $50 per person. There was no flowers or candles on the table or anything special to recognize moms.
