Not bad but not sure what the restaurant’s identity is - steak? If so then I’ve had better Everything ala Carte even bread -
This is a wonderful addition to dining on the north side by of Indianapolis! We have been to this Restaurent three times since it opened (we live nearby) but on this last visit our service was very very slow!!!! Luckily, we were not in a hurry. If we had been it would have been a big problem. Our meal for 4 took 4 hours. That is way too long. I hope this Restaurent can control its early success and provide good service!
It was so incredibly loud, my husband and I couldn’t even hear each other. We also specified we were there, during our reservation, that we were there for our anniversary. We were placed at an end table in a very high traffic area of the restaurant. The food was very expensive, it was good but small portion sizes. The building was beautiful, but I’m not sure we will return due to noise levels and pricing.
Well, we can start with the just a shade under $25 martini. Or what has to be the purposeful noise level (it's a new restaurant built out for them; it's not a mystery that concrete and iron don't baffle sound). Very slow service. Took a very long time for food to arrive. Little communication from wait staff as to why there was such a long delay. Had to search for someone twice to inquire about the arrival of the food. Very disappointing, especially because we were taking a friend out to dinner for his birthday.
Service very poor. Never brought Bread to the table until we asked for it and charged $5 for that. Very inefficient even though lot of help. They need to get their act to gather and it could turn out into a fine restaurant. It is not any cheap joint
The descriptions of the menu items don't adequately describe what we were served: the chicken on the menu is actually a "chicken loaf", not solid pieces of chicken, and the server did not communicate that. I ordered a bone-in NY Strip and was served a bone-in Filet, and the server was adamant that was what I had ordered. This is a lovely place with potential, but such basic issues must be solved.
Noisiest restaurant I've ever eaten in anywhere! Food was only fair and very expensive. Good people watching and beautiful room. Will not go back. Because couldn't hear person next to me!
Fantastic new option for the Northside. Food was good, not amazing. $18 for bland Lobster dumplings that tasted like something from PF Changs was disapointing. Service was great, atmosphere is oustanding.
