Terrbile This never worked properly. I bought it, and plugged in into a wall wart. It worked for ONE print, and then gave an error that the battery was empty - while it was on the DC adapter. Every once in a while, we could get it to print a single test, then the battery empty error would stop it from working. We loaded batteries into it, and it still says battery empty - with fresh batteries. Whether we plug it into the wall or not. Garbage and never worked right. Confusing error message. No frills! Buy something that comes with batteries and a chord. This is ridiculous Really! Charge me a few extra bucks for batteries and an adapter. That is absolutely ridiculous! I should have checked before I bought it. My home is on an island. A real bummer!
Great if you enjoy cutting each level yourself The lone star is for the relatively straightforward settings, which is dwarfed by a major flaw: As others have noted, there is a tremendous amount of wasted tape with each label. In order to waste the least amount of tape, you are forced to trim each individual label yourself, unless you opt to use the chain print setting and print multiple labels at once - which I wouldn't say is particularly convenient as you would still need to personally cut between each individual block of ... read more

DOESNT EVEN TURN ON I've tried two different set of brand new batteries and a power plug and the this doesnt even turn on!!!! What an absolute WASTE! didn't even bother coming with a cord or batteries and it comes with a "sample tape". Dont waste your money! spend the extra few bucks elsewhere! havent even tried it and already annoyed!
