Must buy power cord! User friendly, cheap, but would been happy to buy the power cord, if I had known it didn’t come with one. Otherwise, you will need 6 AAA batteries! It seems to work OK. You get what you pay for.

Don't Buy This labeler as has been mentioned comes with nothing, no batteries, no adapter and NO INSTRUCTIONS IN ENGLISH!! They've got them in other languages, but NO ENGLISH! Plus, mine won't even turn on and I've already thrown out the packing so I can't return. Looking for another NO BROTHER.

Great print quality, but wastes labels The print quality is fine. Its what youd expect and I think it will last well for years. The ONLY problem I have with it is that I tend to print short labels, 1-1.5 inches. It literally wastes 200% of the label by adding more than an inch of clear tape to each end that I have to cut off. Had I known that I'd have never purchased it. Labels are expensive when you go through them as fast as we do in the shop, and wasting 60% of the cassette isn't a great investment for me. If they'd fix t... read more

Brother P-touch, PTD210 Broke After 6 Months After six months of minimal usage, used maybe twice a month to print a couple of labels, it stopped working and gave me a battery error message. When I tried to replace the batteries, one of the contacts just fell off and could not be repaired. I would not purchase this type of labeler again. I have an older Brother P-touch Model PT-1700 which I have owned for over 10 years and it still works great. I had purchased the newer PTD-210 for the added features, but now I am back to usi... read more

Please, let there be light! There are several things this unit does well. The labels are clear and easy to read. It's fairly simple to peel off the backing and the adhesive feels quite secure. There are options for font, size, style, etc. All that is very good. It uses six AAA batteries, which I store with, but not in, the unit when it isn't in use. They are easy to put in and take out, so that's dandy and the batteries last a decent amount of time this way. All that being said, I had no idea how much I would miss having the... read more

Tape got stuck after printed a few label Got this as a birthday gift for my 12 year old. After like 2-3 labels, it stopped working. Apparently the tape got stuck somehow, like shown on picture. Luckily I bought more tape, so we just took the whole thing out and changed out with some new ones. So far it has not got stuck again, but I’m really worried that one day it’s going to happen again so I’m requesting for an exchange.
