Stops working after awhile We used this for about a month and then it just stopped working despite trying all the sensible methods to make it work. The tape just keeps getting caught.
It worked 3 times. Now it doesn't. I purchased this for my classroom. I was able to use it three times. The next time I attempted to use it, it won't turn on. I thought it might be the batteries. I bought 6 new AAA batteries and replaced them. Nope. It won't turn on. I am frustrated and upset. As a teacher I don't have the time, or money, to deal with poor products.
Be aware no power cord No power cord. Why would you advertise use to be with power or batteries and not include a power cord.
Disappointed! I had a previous Brother label maker that was so easy to use (that I loved). After it got lost in a move at school, I figured I would buy another. This one is so challenging that I have to refer to the manual every time I use it. I still haven't figured it out how to change font size easily or not waste a ton of extra label tape. I do not recommend this one.
Can not print I am unable to get it to print. I watched all types of YouTube videos. I read the instructions and still can not print.
Damged I bought it for a gift and it too awhile before the birthday and it DID NOT WORK. CHECKED INSIDE AND THE TAPE WAS ALL IN KNOTS. I PUT A NEW ONE AND IT KNOTTED AGAIN.
power adapter I wish it had been more clear that the power adapter wasn't included. You have to purchase that separately. Seriously? Probably costs them an extra .85 cents to make.
Eats through batteries insanely fast and doesn't come with the plugin. It takes 6 AAA batteries, drains them insanely fast, and it doesn't even come with the plugin, you have to buy that separate. Buyers remorse is the only way to sum up my purchase.
TINY LABEL. NOT USABLE THIS LABEL PRINTER PRINTS A VERY SMALL LABEL. THE BACKING IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO REMOVE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT AT ALL.
