Beyond mad... How ridiculous the AC adapter isn't included. I was fine with it at first...thinking "oh great for the environment...I'll use one from something else I have that has and AC adapter (I have like 6 of them). NOPE...like another reviewer said...they switched the polarity on the adapter so you can't use anyone but theirs! You have to either buy it (wasting more time, money) OR use batteries....also not great for the environment. Total BS. Does not power up The P-touch labeler I purchased does not even power up. I'm very dissatisfied. I also ordered an adapter.
NO AC Adapter -- uses 4-AAA batteries Read the fine print because I missed it. This has NO AC adapter included in the package and only a small "sample" label strip. You can get an AC adapter for an extra charge. But, seriously, NOT at all sure why they would even sell this w/o the adapter at all. I ordered the adapter separately.
Nice tool All my stuff is marked now. Waste some tape with the start and stop.
Don’t do space between prints to save tape Very easy to use

wastes WAY too much tape Even when you adjust the label length, it wastes entirely too much tape. Even when you follow the instructions on printing multiple labels at once, it still wastes way too much. I've had other Brother label printers that were better, but apparently Amazon doesn't sell these older models anymore. Wish I could steal that older one i had at my previous job... lol. It does have more font choices and sizes, but overall, i'm pretty disappointed in this one.
Help I don’t know how to load the m-tape that came with it😭😭😭
Jammed Within Minutes-Disappointing This label maker has lots of functions, fonts, symbols, but it jammed after the first couple labels I printed. It WAS working perfectly, using the tape it came with, but by label #5, it clearly was overworked (eye roll). The label jammed & I had to break the tape to get it out, & those aren’t cheap. I ordered extra tape when I bought it that should be here tomorrow, & if this happens again I will return it.
