Eats batteries, must pay for extra AC adaptor The printer looks nice, but won't print a single letter because it says "low battery" with 6 brand new AAA batteries (all tested to 1.5v). When I tried to use a plug I had at home, I got the message "Wrong adaptor". What a joke. I'm not going to pay the extra $10+ for an "on brand" AC adaptor when I have plenty sitting at home. I will be sending this back.

No adapter It didn’t come with an adapter so I had to wait before I could use it.
Product was as advertised. Product was as advertised. The replacement cartridges are expensive.
Stopped working Stopped working after 6 months. New batteries didn’t help
Very Disappointing When I went to buy refill tapes for my 15 year old PT-65 I accidentally bought the wrong ones. I got TZe tapes which don't fit my old machine but I didn't realize it until I had opened the package making it impossible to return them. The tapes are so expensive I figured it would be a better idea to upgrade to a new device that takes the TZe tapes rather than throw them away. Waste of money. I should have thrown away the $20 in tapes rather than buy this printer for $29. 1) The LCD display is extremely poor... read more
A bit of a learning curve Awkward to navigate, spoiled by technology I guess. Label printers are still a little primitive. Slightly challenging but I’ll probably get the hang of it although will probably just revert to stickers and a sharpie
