Works great, I’m loving the print style options :) So far this thing is working great. My only gripe is the fact that no matter what margin setting or length setting you try, it is going to always use a factory set amount of tape. When I adjust the margins it really only moves the print from center to off center or far right. Meaning if I leave it normal, I end up cutting the excess from both sides. Don't buy at Amazon but Rather store I believe I got a return item. The screen is scratch. The instruction aren't well written. Before I bought this item I read everything, it said that it needs AAA batteries. Okay so I order and bought triple A batteries. When when I opened the case to apply the batteries, well it's not AAA but AA batteries, you just need 3 of the AA batteries. Why was it so hard to write down, and made it clear that you only need AA batteries instead of AAA?
The largest font is super tiny & no way to enlarge it. Not worth the money. This label maker has the same problem as the larger model I purchased. I purchased this one hoping for a different result. I was sadly disappointed. The font choices are small, medium, and large. You can’t change the font size by number like my old model, which finally quit on me after many years of good use. Arrived and was damaged or not new Item arrived without the AC adapter and the screen had large scratches all over it!!
No ac adapter included and takes 6 AAA batteries! Unit works well, but it does seem to waste a decent amount of label stock when it prints. Leaves large blank spaces on each end of what you want to print. Also, it doesn’t include a power adapter, or come with the 6 AAA batteries it needs. Six batteries is ridiculous for a device such as this. I didn’t notice in the description that it didn’t come with the ac adapter, or the fact it needed 6 batteries. In the end, I guess that’s on me.
Wastes label materials A lot of paper is purposefully wasted by the manufacturer by the large amounts of left and right paper margins forced on the user due by more cartridges. Every label has to be trimmed.
type and tape too small for my purposes Wanted labels for craft supplies and didn't understand how small a label this machine would produce. Didn't work for me.
Expensive to maintain This thing chows a lot of tape. Frustrating isn't it
