Didn't power on. total waste of time. Dead on arrival. My fault for not trying it within 30 days. I bought batteries and an AC adapter to try to get it to work, not trying to spend more time on the phone getting spun in circles.

Stopped working within a month - save your money I bought the Brother P-Touch to help me organize files and my new apartment. First, even as I adjusted the margin settings and print settings, I couldn’t stop it from wasting almost half an inch of label each time. I can’t say I wasn’t warned by other reviews, though. Second, after less than a month of use - not even constant use! - the space button stopped working and put periods instead (ex: Apartment.Lease.Agreement) and the letter ‘L’ started making a ‘K’ instead. Broke before it even printed one label This is a piece of junk. Turned it on and Went through all the steps to make a test label, but the screen went blank and power turned off every time I pressed print. I tried several times and with fresh batteries too, but always had the same result.
Poor quality Just received my order a few days ago and printed labels twice. About 5 at a time. And when I tried for the third time it sounded like the tape was jammed inside. I managed to pull out the tape but it's all damaged now and can't get it operate again. About to contact the seller for a refund.
Could not get it to work So far I haven’t been able to get this product to work. The battery drained immediately.

Waste of my time to use it. My worst buy ever on Amazon. Quality of these is very poor. It's a terrible quality.
Awkward! I hesitated whether to buy before, but when I got it, I have to say I made a wrong decision to buy this. I don't like the quality of this product. So angry and disappointed!
