Item is defective Cutter doesn’t work. Something rattling inside.
Eats batteries and meaningless warranty--DONT BOTHER BUYING I used 4 sets of brand new batteries--amazon brand and enveloop and this machine would only print 1 label for each set of batteries. I did not get to return this item in Amazon's timeframe so contacted Brother directly because it has a 1 year warranty. They made it very difficult to contact them and then I spent an hour chatting with them in which they seemed to not believe me that I have tried several sets of new batteries. tape I ordered this and it said tape included. Well, it did but if you want to buy it make sure you order more tape. Very little tape is included
No battery life Still said low battery even after replacing that batteries twice
Difficult to use Impossible to remove backing on the labels with the provided gadget. Instruction sheet is one multi folded sheet that is 24" x 16" printed on both sides one in english. Ridiculous to use. and not very helpful. You cannot erase entry you have to backspace the previous entry to make a new label. The final evaluation??? I wish I had bought something else.

Believe I got a lemon! Print 3 labels and batteries go dead.
Terrible product I’m returning for a refund. Low battery nonsense after two uses, there isn’t an AC/DC adapter and it’s not user friendly. So very dissatisfied. That’s what I get for not reading all the reviews.
