Stops working after 2 months It no longer prints, and the cut button gets stuck, and doesnt work anymore. If I could return this, I would in a heartbeat
Cheap save your money Super tiny buttons that move sideways when pushed. Tape backing is very hard to remove. My old Ptouch which I loved was awesome only ordered a new one since the tape was no longer available for my old one. Don’t waste your money on this model
needs very hight battery power to pringt difficult to hold. hard to separate tape from backing.
Broken after a few uses. It worked initially but mid labeling my things it broke. Not worth it for the time that I had it.
Meh I like the older models better. Print cannot be adjusted to a larger size on this one and keyboard is confusing
Proper inventory Unfortunately it was defective
Jams Keeps jamming and won’t print. I have to take roll out and put back in.
NO Battery Life I have never had anything that eats batteries the way this label maker does. When it works it is great, prints perfectly, easy to use, and simple to change out the label tape. However all of that doesn't matter when you can’t use it bc the batteries are ALWAYS dead. I actually had to go buy rechargeable aaa batteries bc I couldn’t stand it anymore. If I had the box I would have returned it.
Faulty product Awful product. Can’t keep power with batteries in it. It’s constantly saying barriers low. No longer working after 2 weeks of using it.
