Brother P-touch, PTM95, Handy Label Maker Brother P-touch, PTM95, Handy Label Maker The printer is constantly saying low battery even with brand new ones and you can’t keep them in the printer because the will run out. Other than that the quality of the print is good.

Stopped working the first week The machine kept showing a low battery warning, even after I put in a second new set of fresh batteries. Finally, it would start printing about a quarter of an inch of a label then shut down. After the second time, it's time to return to Amazon for a refund.

battery issue As stated in other reviews, mine will not stay one either even with new batteries. Mine did not come with a power adapter, wish I had that. Brand of batteries does not matter. It's a pain

Battery HOG--Don't expect to use! This thing is a battery hog. Besides, experiencing the problem of seeing a low battery indicator right after inserting the batteries, as other reviewers have noted, it actually drains the batteries rather quickly. It's really a piece of junk, so save your money and don't buy it.

Will drain your batteries while off Like everyone else on here, my machine drained my batteries almost instantly and without doing anything. Seriously. I only did a couple of small tests labels to make sure it worked. Some time later, I turned it on and the batteries were drained. I KNOW I powered off the machine. Do I have to uninstall the batteries, too? This is not acceptable. I wish there was a wired version. Otherwise, it does what it’s supposed to if only it held enough juice to get things done.

The label printer stopped working after 1 label was printed The label printer stopped working after 1 label was printed when i got it. I should have printed more, but i didn't need them yet. So now the return window have been expired. It is a shame to sell a product like that.

Just No This labeler chews through batteries like crazy. I now remove the batteries after each use if I want more than one use per 4 AAAs. Many fewer features than the model I previously owned. Only 2 print sizes. Can't print vertically. The functions are not intuitive. If I didn't have so many M cartridges, I'd throw it out.

Not what I expected I've owned several Brother label makers and loved them. I had the same experience with the batteries going off even with new batteries. Plus the instructions are very complicated if your goal is to just pick up the label maker and make a quick label. Their old ones worked great and were simple to use, why they have to make them so complicated is beyond me. Too bad they didn't keep a product that was good start with.
