Impossible To Use I have had three Brother label makers, and purchased this one in the middle of a move when none of the others were available. It is smaller than any label maker I have had, and it does not use the regular size label tape. The label tape for this maker is not sliced, so it cannot be bent and the backing peeled away. Not for senior citizens. This label maker is almost as complicated as a small computer. It has hundreds of functions and I just wanted to make simple labels. Trying to get the sticky part off the attachable label took more time than making the label. Even with the gadget on the back to help start a corner, it was next to impossible to use. Even with fingernails it was hard. A man with burly hands will never get the adhesive off. It caused me more frustration than success so I sent it back. I am still waiting for a refund.
Didn't even last a year This label maker completely crapped out after about 6 months use. Not heavy usage either; maybe once every couple weeks. Buttons sticky and tiny. So disappointed in this product. Going with another brand now.
Brother tape printer arrived intact but doesn't work! Doesn't work. Package arrived intact, sealed in plastic cover. I put in 4 AAA batteries (correctly) and no response from the on button or the print or tape cut buttons.
"Low Bettery" Since the very first day I bought this product, it is saying that it is "low battery" even with fresh batteries. It is getting pretty annoying because you cannot tell when it is actually time to replace the batteries.
Jammed the 1s time I just bought one and it recently jammed I only had it for 2 months . Print quality is good , I just got upset that it jammed so quick . I paid for something that ended up jamming on its own.
Do not buy! Battery issues and shuts down. Will not print! Garbage! Do not buy! Unfortunately I purchased 8 months ago and didn’t get to use it until now. We had a garage fire and that delayed my project of labeling bins but now that I go to this thing keeps turning off. It worked fine to label some feed bins about 2 weeks ago and now was saying low battery so i changed the barriers now three times and it just shuts off when going to print. Super annoying!
