Doesn't work Put new batteries in and it doesn't work! Too late too return it as I didn't open it right away, waste of money.

Broken Doesn’t work
Useless PTouch I highly suggest you not purchase this product. I had a ptouch before that was many years old and still worked. I gave it away. I bought this one later. It only works when it’s in the mood. Goes through a brand new battery in one use, IF it will even work. It has been this way since day 1. I’m extremely disappointed with it. I normally use a label maker (on average) once a week. I’ve used this one once a month. Maybe.

Tape jams, chunky, limited features I returned this item. It is moderately priced and gets the job done if you need a simple label maker. however it has too many inconveniences The machine itself is unnecessarily large and chunky, and needs four AAA Batteries. The labels get stuck in the machine about 20% of the time, so you have to open it up and throw away all the tape it destroyed. it can only be fed one size label. Low Battery I hate that when you use it it stay saying low battery after I just put 4 new battery in🙄
Not a good quality product I have used this product for less than two months and the printing quality is not that great.
