They want a serial number, with no description of where to find it, and when you do find it *INSIDE* the product and recessed, it is in small print and is 15+ characters long with no spacing - seemingly designed to be difficult for a human to correctly transcribe. Did not work out of the box Could not get it to work. My old Brother P Touch has worked well for years. I decided to get a new one to take to work. This one felt flimsy and cheap and did not work at all.
"Low Battery" flashes on screen even with new batteries, shuts off when printing. The very first time I turned it on I had a "Low Battery!" message display. I thought maybe the batteries I used were defective so I replaced the batteries with fresh batteries and after printing just three labels I once again had the low battery message flash on the screen. Does not work I have tried different brands of aaa batteries and can not get it to start. I just received it in the mail today so it’s brand new
Total waste of money Keeps shutting down every time it prints and I can't get it to print in letter sizes that the human eye can read its microscopic total waste of money!
