Constant Low Battery - No Power Cord I purchased this and knew it didn't come with a power cord so I bought high quality batteries. As soon as I printed two labels the low battery light came on. I thought maybe there would be a place I could find an adapter online... that is not the case. So I have now had this for over a year and used it twice. The new tape is impossible to peel. This is my second Brother printer, same model. EXCEPT the updated Brother discontinued the tape that was easy and fast to peel. It was divided down the center of the back of the tape. Easy to bend the sides of the tape together to lift an edge to peel off the back. I am disgusted with the new AND ONLY tape available. Now I print a label and have no choice but to put clear adhesive tape across it. Why fix what wasn't broken, Brother. Never buy this model.
Junk Save your time and money this thing is crap. Like the other reviews, it drains the batteries so quick. After replacing with new batteries, it only last maybe 2 labels and it displays low battery and turns off. Complete garbage
constant low battery batteries always low. Refreshed batterys every time I used. Window on return closed after one month.
Broke within two months This thing runs out of batteries within the first usage and totally broke in LESS THAN TWO MONTHS (and with only intermittent use). AVOID IT. Also the Brother support site wants nothing to do with customers. It will bounce you around pages and user manuals but doesn't actually respond to complaints.
DRAINS BATTERY NOT EASY TO USE! Like many reviews stated, this DRAINS battery like crazy and it is not easy to use. I still cannot figure out how to change fonts. IT DOES COME WITH TAPE! So please be mindful because I bought extra but it honestly was not worth it. Although the labels look great, the tape is hard to peel and the battery died in one use. I put in a brand new set of batteries to label my nail supplies and it died towards the end. Very disappointed.
user unfriendly the print is too small, for one thing... to use it is punishment. Boxed up ready to return.

Sucks battery life Had this product for 6 months. Probably only created a handful of labels (less than 10), and have replaced the batteries several times. It takes 4 AAA batteries and every single time I've made a label, I get a "low battery" warning and it dies either after printing or the next time I turn it on. Cool features, but doesn't make it worth it.
