Great Label Maker When It Actually Works! This is a great label maker when it works. I needed one to organize files in my classroom and love the different frames and fonts. However, after every 2 or 3 labels that I make, I get a message that the batteries are low. I have replaced them several times with all different brand batteries and I still get this message and have to remove and reinsert the batteries for it to work. It is very frustrating.
Simple label machine Works as it should but big problem is the battery display. The display says Low Battery, after changing batteries it will only work for a few days before displaying low battery.

Defective design with battery connection.! Defective design... low battery info pops up even with new batteries... cuts off in the middle of the job.
Having a hard time using this I had high hopes for this machine. However, the batteries don’t last long at all. I have been working on reorganizing my daughter’s room and within just a few uses, I had to change out the batteries. This isn’t my first Brother label maker. I haven’t had any problems with my higher end labelmaker but I have given it to my sister who is now living across the country from us. Defective unit Within a month of receiving the unit -- it shows LOW BATTERY. Changed out batteries, two days later same message. While this unit works most of the time, it seems to be defective when it comes to battery use. Annoyed.
Stopped working after one use. Product worked one time for 3 labels when I first bought it. Went back to use it again & it no longer works.
Very user unfriendly too complicated....every time you want to use it you have to consult the manual
Printed one label This label printer did exactly what all the other negative reviewers describe. It printed one label and then flashed low battery despite brand new batteries being used. Then it wouldn’t print again.
