The tape is the only problem! The tape does not have a split down the back of the covering and that makes it hard to remove.
All the features don’t work. Only some of the features work. The design fonts don’t work at all. It freezes up and I’m disappointed that a brother label maker is this poorly made. Didn’t come with a wall adapter either.
this is garbage, 2nd one sent back still not working. the battery lasts for about 1 print then the unit displays low battery, eventually the unit shuts off every time it prints. fresh batteries of various types and brands do not resolve the issue. DO NOT BUY THIS
Cutter doesn’t work Used it once today and the cutter doesn’t work. Will be returning this purchase.
Kills batteries when turned off and tiny cartridges that are EXTREMELY expensive Have an older version that works well except for one problem. It eats batteries even when turned off. Example: install fresh batteries, turn it on, print one small label, turn it off, one month later the batteries are dead. So bought this one to see if the battery problem has been resolved. battery issue label works fine - battery issue withing 2 printings.
powers off wont print every time i try to print it powers off and only prints spots, it has nice features but doest matter if it wont work!
Low battery notification with brand new batteries I've had this label maker for a couple of days and even though it's loaded with brand new batteries, I'm getting a 'Low Battery' notification each time I turn on the device.
