Horrible product! The first batteries I put in I was only able to make one label and the batteries went dead. Tried new batteries and the same thing happened.
Cheap piece of junk I received this as a gift so cannot return it. It is very inexpensive but performance is way sub-par for a Brother product. It is just another cheap piece of junk made in China. The LCD screen is so faint it is difficult to read. I needed a magnifying glass to read the instructions. The automatic peeler does not work. Would not recommend this product.
Annoying i ordered this Dec 27th 2018. Ive been using this brand for a while. my first Brother P-touch lasted a really long time until recently, just before i ordered the new one this year, it stopped printing. replaced the tape etc. but it wont print. there is only one way to put the tape in, and i am making sure it is the correct type of tape. i even opened it up to try and figure out the issue, but to no avail. Battery HOG!!!! Had I not recycled the packaging already, I definitely would have returned this item after realizing that the batteries (fourAAA) do not last. After printing around 25 labels I had to replace the first set of batteries. Now, about 15 labels into the second set of batteries, I get the Low Battery warning again. Way too expensive at this rate.
Do not buy!!! This was a waste of money. I bought one a few weeks ago and recently opened It. I had bought this to organize my stuff around the house. It dies quickly and regardless if I replace the batteries It still doesn't last at all.
ITS DOESNT LAST LONG O DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE BUYING THIS IT DOESNT KEEP BATTERY LIFE FOR LONG. I HAVE TO BE REPLACING BATTERY TOO QUICK AND THE SAD PART IS I CANT RETURN IT BECAUSE THE TIME AS PASSED AND I HAD IT SITTING DOWN ON MY DESK ONLY TO START USE IT TWO WEEKS NOW AND I CAN HARDLY KEEP IT GOING BECAUSE BU THE FIFTH USE IT SHUTS OFF. WHEN I TURN IT ON TO TRY AGAIN IT SAYS LOW BATTERY. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY THIS DEFECTIVE PIECE OF CRAP!!!!!!!
Low battery? The minute you put batteries in it says low battery. Not sure what that's about it works but the battery thing is a problem.
Junk Junk. Eats batteries and has no other power source. Mine died after very light and very brief use. Better models available for a little more money.
