” Don’t waste your time or money on this piece of junk Put four new AAA batteries in it when received. Printed one label, display said “Low Batteries. I bought four brand new AAA batteries; again printed one label and display AGAIN said “Low batteries.” Don’t waste your time or money on this piece of junk.

Pro: 1) works Con: 1) uses batteries very ... Pro: 1) works Con: 1) uses batteries very quickly 2) tape is difficult to peel I also have a Brother TZ tape type labeler. Spend your money on that one.

Not happy, instructions are huge and only prints in very ... Not happy, instructions are huge and only prints in very small type. New batteries twice and still says low battery.

Not quite the same as the original of about 15 ... Not quite the same as the original of about 15 years ago, but close enough with a few added benefits. What I don't appreciate is that it constantly says "low battery" even when I have just put in brand new ones!

No split-back tape, clunky to use After using another Brother label maker for years, I needed something to use for a project and bought this based on the price. The tape does not have the split back, the additional "functions" are clunky compared to the old model - I have to keep the instructions under the machine to be able to find what I need, there is no way to add an ac adapter and the machine eats batteries like after dinner mints. One Star Not what I was looking for and can't find a return option

Doesn't work. Brother usually makes good products, but this one was defective. It always reads low battery no matter how many new batteries we put in. I will need to replace this machine, but I will not go with the same make or model again. The labels that come with this are also hard to separate from the backing and the built in separator on the back is difficult to use.
