Low Battery Machine constantly shows low battery and shuts off after printing one item. Replace with new batteries and same thing.
Went through batteries like crazy! Ended up returning this one...had to change the batteries after every 2-3 labels.
Can't Peel Backing Off Tape - Don't Buy The mechanism to separate the printed tape and the backing does not work. You'll waste many duplicate labels trying to get a usable label. I bought the labeler and extra tapes; it is a waste of money and a source of endless frustration. Look for a labeler with split back tape. This one does not work.
Don't waste your money Don't waste your money it doesn't work. They replaced the first one (now only offering me store credit). Neither one worked, you press print and it turns off.
Junk- do not buy! Bought 2 of these for work. First one worked for 2 days and now shuts off when I try to print. Second one worked for 2 weeks and now is doing the same. Tried changing batteries, worked the first time but not the second. Very disappointed. I spent $10 for each roll of tape ($40 total) for two machines that do not work. What a waste of money.

It’s ok for the price After the second label I printed it stated low batteries. It continues to work so we will see how long it last on the batteries.
Electronics should be returned if glitch! Don’t buy. Despite new batteries, repeatedly tested by tester, labeler displays low battery. Defective model line offered at low price. Paper weight !
One Star Tape is so small I can not use this at my job, Can I return it?
