After a year, it sits on the shelf, never used. With different software, this would be a great label maker for household use. But the archaic app requires way too much time to connect, format, and print. And, it doesn't work with a computer, meaning that even if you are sitting at your desk, you still have to type on your phone. If they would just revise the software, it would be a handy tool.
Stopped Printing First Letter After A Couple Months At first I was totally in love with this label maker. Then, it just stopped printing the first letter. Im disappointed that I have to get a new label maker after spending so much on this one.

Doesn't work well. the ink breaks in the machine. Also its a pain to keep connecting to bluetooth.
Mine is a dud. We had one at work a couple years ago and it worked great but I think the quality has declined. This unit has a difficult time pairing with my app and then after many attempts it prints a looooooong error message, wasting a lot of your tape. I’ve been trying for twenty minutes and it just won’t pair at all. I agree with other users that even when working correctly it wastes a lot of your tape by advancing a long runway of tape before your label. Brother is a nightmare of a company Impossible to reach customer service - phone doesn't pick up, no online chat support, no email contact. Not clear where serial number is on product. Now to the product -- worst designed software I've ever seen. Please hire someone from Apple to make it intuitive.
余白が広すぎ テプラProからの買い換えです。 よくレビューを見てから買うべきでした。 単発で印刷させると2.5cmぐらいの余白ができます。。 何でこんなに広いのよ。。 アプリの操作性や印刷速度等にあまり不満はありませんが、 仕事柄商品の品番を印刷するので、一つずつ確認しながらの印刷では 余白が出ないように纏めて印刷、カットは煩わしい。。 案の定テープの減りもテプラよりずっと早かったです。
Really needs an improved version Really good idea marred by poor execution. In summary, what is the point of allowing so many fonts if label setup and print quality are so poor? And why have we not seen an improved model? Pros: - Many fonts available - Mostly works - Runs batteries or plugged in - P-touch tape is proven and survives pretty rough treatment Cons: - Sometimes printer has to be connected multiple times before it is recognized by iOS app - App is pretty terrible and limited - feels like a beta effort by a novice ... read more
