Great service and I have to commend my attentive driver last night, Rodney Nelson! He waited for me as my family's bags didn't all arrive. I asked them to call to let me know they were outside so I could go with them and get my car rather than wait for all the bags. It was quick service. My car was waiting for me, started up and ready to go! Rodney unloaded my bags and waited for me to lead me back to the airport the quickest way. He was A+ for service!
We only use this facility when traveling out of Westchester. Quick, safe and reliable. Economical too.
Our Uber didn't show you so we decided to drive and park here without a reservation. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Will park rather than Uber next time I fly from HPN
Great experience! Quick drop off process and on-demand shuttle was great. Thr guys were all super friendly and helpful. I really liked having the self-park option especially during COVID. Google Maps does not bring you to the right spot....try putting SmartPark JFK into your GPS if you're headed to the JFK location
This place was great! The man running it was so kind and attentive. We were supposed to call when we land and i never had to! No received a text saying the shuttle van was outside waiting for us to bring us to our car. Such great service. I will DEFINITELY be using them again!

We had an early morning flight to Charlotte (6:30 am departure). We were nervous about the airport's long term lot, as there were no posted shuttle schedules. We opted to go with Park2Fly. It was a great decision. The individuals at check-in were prompt and courteous. They inspected around the car for damage, and found none. They gave us a document saying as such. The EASIEST and most friendly way to travel. The only way it could have been easier is if they came to my house to pack and make me breakfast before my flight! Staff was super friendly and the whole process was as efficient as you would hope. We found them by fluke and was a great day for us. Just be sure to follow the instructions online and you will not have any problems.
I can't say enough good things about Jim and the rest of the staff at this parking facility. My car had oil leaking due to a defective oil change the day before, and the staff was extremely helpful by checking my oil for me while I was away on vacation, and keeping my car where they could keep an eye on it. They went way over and above the normal car parking service.
