this company has unbelievable business practice. I made a reservation (also charged a fee) for 2/11/24 when I arrived at the location it was completely closed with a note taped on the window stating "full". i waited 20 minutes and no one appeared. as my boarding time approached I had to figure out an alternative with minutes to go! the ads say 24/7. the place was closed. so I parked in the actual airport lot because I had no choice or warning and it cost me four x the rate. when I called this company I was told they were ov... read more

i parked for 3 days over the new year weekend, it took them 2 h to pick me up at terminal 1 because of wrong instructions, but thats not even the worst part, when i got into my car, i realized right away that it was used, first of all the mileage was about 50 miles over as to when i dropped it off, 2nd i happen to have a nice car with touchscreen , my profile was even changed to a guest profile and my settings was changed, when i confronted them they said my car was moved to a different which i undestand but why bother putti... read more

Wish there was zero stars- horrendous place. Waited 45 min for shuttle both ways. Confusing phone system with automated recording not linked to actual pickup- called back and they had no idea we were waiting. But that's the good part- a half tank of my gas was used (did they use the car to Uber??) and they stole all of my parking quarters. Would give ZERO stars if I could. Picked up our car & rode an hour into NJ to realize our car now has COCKROACHES!!! Was terrorized the rest of the way home after killing about 7. Had to painstakingly go thru each suitcase & every bag we brought home before we brought it into our house. We did notice our front windows were cracked when we first got into the car. I have used Purchase Park 2 Fly several times, but I will not be using them anymore. They do not take responsibility for damage to vehicles, so I recommend that folks avoid them. The last time I was there, in early May 2023, we found a dent in the side of the car when we returned, and the collision mitigation system was sending messages about failing. It turns out that the radar had been jostled out of position. I followed their instructions to report this, including providing two estimates for the repairs. I called and... read more

Legit morons working here. Called them to let them know I arrived, gave them my name. They need a ticket number. Gave them the only "number" they included in the confirmation email. SURPRISE! THEY SAID ITS THE WRONG NUMBER. Idiots

Thank you for the lie and anxiety attack. You booked us, took our $ and overbooked the lot by 30%. You didn't care at all. We had nothing and no where, and with little time we're forced to have a very expensive very poor airport spot at $70 a day. Horrible, unprofessional, and somewhat rude. At least you credited our card, big deal. Don't use this site near JFK. White Plains was great. This =MISERY SHAME ON YOU!!
