BUYER BEWARE I always thought these guys were pretty good until last week. I had a Sunday flight out of LGA had a reservation good to go. Showed up 2 hours before my flight and they turned me away said they wouldn't park a truck. I have parked in this garage with my truck on multiple occassions. Now my vehicle is trapped and I can't get it out because tehre were folks that pulled in behind me. The Employees told me they didn't care if I have a reservation they don't control the website. I used this company for the first time and I will never park with them again. Parked my car there 11/8 to 11/11 over this weekend, my right front bumper is damaged. I picked up my car 6:17pm and noticed this at 7:01pm so I called them right away about this damage. Spoke to someone finally after calling there several times, they said once the car leaves the lot, they are not responsible! LGA location has been good in the past. Van usually is there, and gets you to terminal fast. But that is not the case anymore. One van was broken down. After 5-7 minutes I asked how long for the next one. I was told 14 minutes. I explained that I was running late for my flight. The guy just said, you're supposed to be here two hours ahead and walked away. All while three of them just stood around, and the guy at checkin was almost fully asleep when I came up. A sad decline here!

I would never use your service again. We dropped off our car waited over 20 minutes and the shuttle never came. Had to take an Uber in order to avoid missing our flight. On our return back, it took an hour and 40 minutes to get to our car from me requesting shuttle pick up.

This facility shares space with other companies and is a jumbled mess of cars everywhere. Having used Purchase Park 2 Fly at Westchester airport, I thought I might have a similar experience with them at JFK airport. Whereas the Westchester facility is run professionally and are up to the task of receiving people and getting them to and from the airport, this one is not. I found them to be out of sync and disorganized. Add a bit rude and assuming that you know what their process is doesn't help. It only gets worse from there.... read more

Stay Away! I have used them numerous times without incident until 09/19/2024. Long story short their phone recording said pickup at 14. I called for pickup and told the desk I was at 14, he said fine. The driver who dropped me off said 14. The driver who picked me up (took 25 mins) drove right past me. He totally saw me and just kept going. I guess he wanted me at 15. This was like 75ft away. If he slowed and said, "I can't pick you up here, go to 15" and waited for me I'd not be here posting. Do not park here. Flight was delayed returning and they closed leaving us and other families stranded at the airport. Additional Uber expenses and an hour wait at the airport for us to get our car.

Very unresponsive on the phone when calling for a pickup shuttle. Waited over an hour. Wish I had read the reviews prior to using. Will never make that mistake again.

The worst parking experience I have ever endured. They made me wait 45 min when I first got there to take me to the airport. In the return flight I waited over an hour with a 3yr old for the shuttle. When I called multiple times I kept getting the same answer "he's on the way." DO NOT PARK HERE.
