waited 45 minutes for pick up!!!!! they kept lying about where they were... then my bill was $91 and I had a $100 bill and "they did not have $9 change!!!" Very unprofessional, .the worst service possible.... do not use this parking facility, there has to be better ones.

Don't ever park here. Damage to my brand new car all over back bumper. Scraped and dented, over $1,000 of damage and Eric the manager won't take any responsibility. Paid $180 to park here. Cops don't care at all and won't take report

Park here at your own risk. When I was checking in, I was told that my credit card number would be stored on file. Because I have had my credit compromised in the past, I asked why my credit card needed to be stored. I was IGNORED! Gabby, the woman helping me, rolled her eyes and proceeded to ignore me and my question. I then asked Antonio, the man sitting next to her, and he said it was company policy. they "lost" my car and it took them one hour to find it. they could have cared less I was waiting. i had to beg them to make it a priority. they were the laziest most apathetic employees I have ever encountered. then the bus driver Clint saw we were waiting everytime he came back with airport pick ups. he stepped in and found the car. going above and beyond his duties. This place is a disorganized mess. Upon arrival, cars were piled up through the exit with no guidance and only 1 lady at the desk. I called for pick up upon my return to retrieve my vehicle and had to call 12+ times and wait over 30 minutes to be picked up. The absolute work airport parking experience ever. DO NOT park here.

If I could give zero, I would. This place is a night mare. Staff is rude. I booked a parking space via Parkingnearairports for Languardia airport, made a partial payment online and was given a balance due at the checkout time. When I came to pick up my car, they asked me for a 30% higher balance due. They tried to have me pay a higher balance and then get a reimbursement from Parkingnearairports. This was a last minute booking. Upon drop off I was really impressed. They had my ticket ready and they got us on the shuttle asap. Great first leg. Unfortunately, the return was a major let down. We had flight delays and plane landed at 11:50pm. They informed us that they close at 12. They did not send a shuttle bus. They left 7 families in the lurch. Took ages to get our car back. At least 30 minutes waiting for them to simply get the car then drive it out front. They weren't even busy, there were about 2 other families there. Also, the guy in the booth was literally asleep. Actually. Beyond wild, do NOT come here if you want to be out quickly.
