SERVICE IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. They stranded me at the airport in zero degree weather with no way to contact them. I called and emailed repeatedly the day before to make sure they would be there, and got no responses. The night I arrived, I called repeatedly and also emailed and texted, and got no response, just a message saying they were "on their way to another pickup and call back in a few minutes." WORST experience at a Park & Ride in 20 years of travel. Was left waiting at JFK for a return shuttle more than 30 minutes after calling. It was 5 degrees outside. We were told to wait outside for the arrival. After 20 minutes, there was no shuttle. We attempted to call 3 times: first call rang for 2 minutes without an answer; second call eventually answered with an immediate hold which was not picked up. Overall the service is very good and most of the employees are good with a couple exceptions. There are so many hidden fees: - credit card fees (if you choose to use cash, they do not have change). - service fee- what service? I made the reservation online and parked the car myself. - Fuel surcharge- they say free shuttle but charge you a fuel charge. I was also informed that the manager takes tips from the workers. I find that totally unacceptable.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!! Unless, of course, you don't mind being stranded outside JFK for an hour waiting for the shuttle that is supposed to come every 15 minutes. They just blatantly lie about how long the wait will be. And they couldn't care less!!!!

At that time I took a video inside their facility of the entire car showing no damage. On October 26th I returned to pick up the car. I noticed that they brought the car down and parked the car in an unusual spot against the wall and not at the location where people pick up their cars. 1 Star -- If I could give zero, I would. I have never experienced such an unprofessional, irresponsible, and downright inconsiderate operation in my life. After a long flight, the last thing anyone wants is to stand outside in freezing cold weather for over 45 minutes waiting for a shuttle that never shows. But that's exactly what happened. The staff was absolutely condescending and sarcastic. They left us at the airport for hours and claimed that we didn't call them at the times we actually did. I will never use this service again. What a horrible experience. I'm only giving one star because I have to.
Park 2 fly JFK location. Shuttle was there when I got there so I didn't have to wait long. Person driving was good, got us there safe. Upon return, the shuttle back was the most dangerous driver ever, and I had my toddler child that I was holding on to dear life and praying we got there in one piece. My sisters cars plate was hanging upon our arrival, note it wasn't like that when we left if there. We also noticed scratches on the side of her car. This has been the worst experience.
