Don’t do it you will regret it I see a lot of people giving positive reviews because of the ease you get the money in your account. Unless you have a plan to pay the balance within a few month please run. You will get stuck paying very high interest for ever.
Irritating They have about the least user friendly website/ automated help site I have ever seen. Would not recommend trying to apply at all from your phone.

Horrible service If I could give 0 stars I would. Loan process has taken over a week with no resolve still. Made several phone calls to this company with almost an hour hold time for each call, then disconnected. Received conflicting information on EACH call. Kept receiving emails to provide one more piece of info. Loan amount changed drastically. Loan rep has not been available for over a week, at every step of the process had to hurry up and wait. i will never do business with them again they are hard to deal with after the loan and a high interest predatory lender
BAD highest interest rate ever (36%), paid it off in 7 months. They lost my title (and said the DMV sends it out, call the DMV, they send it back to the lender, nobody has it) I get a notarized copy of something, that now I have to pay an additional 60 dollars for a COPY of a title to my car. awesome
Unhappy Customer Not too happy, sent a voided check for a direct deposit, and One Main Financial messed up, and canceled my direct deposit, now I have to wait for a paper check, and who knows how long that will take, then to deposit it in my bank and wait for that to clear, and this is not my fault you guys got the numbers incorrect, so I'm not too happy, this is kind of inconvenient
