Five Stars Excellent machine!! Work very well !!
Nice advance over QL500 Bit of a beast to set up initially (as compared to the older QL500). But it is a good machine and works just fine. I do like the idea of having extended label functions such as the two color items too.

It's an ok product it gets confused sometimes with the ... It's an ok product it gets confused sometimes with the monochrome setting vs the black and red setting. It gives you no options to leave it on the black and red setting which means you have to switch it every time unless you want to get the error message.

Great for small business I pack and sell beef jerky locally and this makes my packages look so pro. The printer has the Lite print software build in like a USB but I found more options with the online PTouch editor 5.2 version. I can print super tiny 4pt font, import any fonts online, pictures and screen shots. SUPER great buy for small business.
