Good little label printer I really like this little printer, It work great and is fast
Five Stars Simple to use and produces just the lable sizes I want.
great, just like the QL-700 Black and White is fast, great, just like the QL-700. Still playing with the settings on the Red/Black tape...not too impressed by it so far and the tape is a bit yellowish (both the sample tape and the 5 extra rolls I bought) but not sure if this is from improper storage of the tape in a high heat environment, exposed to heat during shipping, or just how this tape is supposed to look. (the images of it make it look bright white though...)

1.0 out of 5 stars Product came with fingerprints on the side of it The media could not be loaded. This is suppose to be brand new and it came with fingerprints on it
2.0 out of 5 stars Back to the drawing board! I bought this to replace another Brother label printer (thermal), which had worked flawlessly for several years. On all counts, the instructions for this unit are poor and needlessly complicated. I don't want to program computers! It also self-removed the driver that I carefully installed. I regret buying it.
Has issues being consistent Bought this and worked well at first. Labels started to jam and then it just stopped working right after the 30 day period
Software error 1 type of label incorrectly auto detection failed. Tried contacting brother tech support multiple times and never heard from them.
Defective Purchased a few months ago, just got around to installing it for Christmas Labels... Printer is defective and labels won't feed at all. Too late to return...so a waste.
Did not cut The printer cutter did not work after less than one month of use.
