Referbish... R meaning refurb???...
Obviously not Refurbished Arrived poorly packaged loose in a box larger then necessary with no filler in box. Power cord only with no other accessories that are included when purchased new. Power cord was crumpled mess , not even banded neatly. No instructions what so ever. A refurbished unit would be complete . This unit was filthy . Not good for ebay Purchased for ebay labels. Awful quality.
Wont communicate with laptop Bought this in July 18 and the communications cord had to be constantly adjusted in order for the printer to communicate properly with the laptop. Over the last couple weeks it was becoming more temperamental. Today it just finally stopped working. Have tried everything to make it work. Nothing is working.
Do not buy I could not even get the label roll to work...It was not the right size and was stuck! I tried youtubing it! They sent a defective tape label roll. I would give tech support triple zeros if I could...I waited on the phone and hour and 15 minutes and no one picked up!
Refurbished units are really very used units I bought a refurbished unit because description says "looks and works like new". Well, far from reality, I get a unit dirty, with heavy scratches and labels residue on body on a white brother box that says "factory refurbished". Seems like Brother and me has different concepts for "refurbished" and "like new" or they forgot how to "refurbish".
