Never Works This printer is so frustrating youll want to pull your hair out. It never works.
Just received this new false advertised used machine and missing parts No AC power adapter. Not a new unit. Scratched up, ink blotch pen marks om white sides. Absolutely useless without power chord and no contact info to correct
Does not EASILY DO return labels Too much work to use for returns
May not work with your computer We have a stand-alone older Mac in our office running legacy software, so we can't upgrade the Mas OS on that machine. We purchased this label printer for that machine and then discovered that Brother no longer allows download of older printer software / drivers. Why?!?! DO NOT BUY THE QL-800. SOFTWARE ISSUES DO NOT BUY THE QL-800 I have used brother products for years, usually very good, the ql-800 labels printer has software issues AND these problems are unsolvable. IT WILL NOT WORK WITH MAC I BOUGHT. ql-600 that works well and will share files with my ql-720 it is my bad luck I waited to long to set up the ql-800 as I can not return it
Worked great until it died 6 months later (renewed model)) I received the renewed model just less than 6 months ago. The printer worked great until it died.
It Works I had to replace my QL-720N because I had broken my old laptop, and the printer wouldn’t work on any of my newer devices. I’d install driver several times and try to print and it just wouldn’t work. It would say that the necessary drivers for the printer weren’t on my computer even though I had downloaded them from the brother website. Time saver! Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I loveit, since I bought it and I haven't had any issues. This is a true time saver and has save me time to order address labels, to preapproved and to go and get it after waiting 2 to 3 days. I have made many addresses labels with this little printer. Stop browsing around for a printer this is it!
"Window for Return Closed" It wasn't compatible with what I had and what I thought this machine was meant for. Trying to figure out how to use it was so difficult that by the time I realized I wanted to return it, the time had passed that I could. 0/10 Hate this
