Mac setup is pain in the butt. Will not network Terrible setup experience. So tired of tech crap that isn't easy to setup and doesn't do what it says. Thought this was advertised as "wireless," found out it wasn't after opening. To get it to work with my iMac via USB, I had to manually find, download, and install drivers. What is this, 1998? Nice Label Maker but No Customer Service Label maker is great for anybody who owns a small business. Easy to use but Brother literally has NO customer service. No phone number on their website. If you cannot figure out the problem yourself then you are out of luck.
Waste Bought in March and already stopped working. Very disappointed!
Disappointed I ordered Brother QL-800 and I received a used one with a handwritten note in the box " it doesn't work " ......
Shoddy product that doesn't last Bought in November. Broken by March. Second one we have had in a year for retail printing.
Is it worth it?... If low budget is what you’re looking for just expect to see low quality. This label printer was very difficult to learn to use. Online info on this item was near impossible to find and instructions were unorganized and confusing. No network would recognize the printer I was trying to connect to and to top it all off you can only use the label paper from the company.
