Easy and reliable I love these little printers. We have the small and larger version of it and they are great. Easy to use, great software and quick printing even from the phone. I only connect with BT since its so convenient and never disconnects.

Average label printer with no future proofing. Purchased this label printer in the hopes of producing labels for enclosures, warning stickers, etc. First off the labels are not very colourful, not like what is shown in the photos. Reds are pink and washed out making for a very poor "warning" label. The printer has no drivers for Windows 11 so you can't use the USB cable. Labels are EXPENSIVE! and not waterproof

Kia ora, we're sorry to hear you're having trouble with your VC500W label printer. Normally drivers are released within a few weeks of an operating system upgrade, however Windows 10 drivers have been proven to work with these devices on a Windows 11 OS. We would recommend installing and using the Windows 10 drivers in the meantime.

Easy to use and set up wireless label printer Overall this is a pretty good label maker. It's easy to set up and use. My only issue is the colors were not the best. The reds especially have issues.

VC500W Colour Label Maker Loving this label maker, seems to be a width for everything I need so far. So easy to change label cartridges. Have made personalised labels for gifts, homemade preserves and my pantry to name just a few. Also there’s a great App to design and create labels and save for future use.
