I needed to have my 15 year old dog watched overnight. Quail Corners was recommended by my vet, as an affordable option to the university. From drop off to pickup, every single member of the staff was personable, helpful, and caring. My pup received excellent care, and I was contacted at night, and in the morning with updates. I had never met these people before, and to be treated this well was awesome.
Today I had to get my sweet cat of 13 years put to sleep. I have never been here before but our usual vet was out of town until Thursday and my cat was very ill. From the first steps in the door until I left I was treated with incredible kindness and empathy During this very hard time. The entire staff went beyond providing me with amazing service. I'd like to give a shout out to Quail Corners Animal Hospital. They are an awesome, knowledgeable, caring and thorough group of professionals! If you're looking for a 24 hour emergency vet in the North Raleigh area I can't more strongly recommend this group.
They give the best care. They really care about your pets. Compassion reins throughout their staff and that seems to be missing with health care with humans and animals these days. Keep it up!
