We have been going to this clinic for over 3 years and the service is so inconsistent. The vets change a lot so your dogs sees different people all the time and our Golden Retriever got so many different diagnoses that we don't know who to trust. When that happens the only logical thing to do is to change vets. The last time we were there, the vet tried to insinuate that our Golden had a heart issue which would require 2000+ dollars in various test to diagnose. We've been taking our dog to this clinic since she first joined our family at 3 months old. Being new dog owners we didn't know what to expect and relied on a friend's reco to go here. After a few visits and no longer being a rookie at this I realized that the place doesn't give you a consistent experience nor a consistent vet. EDIT: 5/6/11 I'm really wondering about this place now. The vet called and said they'd received my pet's stool sample, that he definitely had worms, yes, they were sure that it was my pet's, why I am asking? and that they had the meds ready to purchase at the front desk. EXCEPT I hadn't yet submitted my furball's poo! Their call was only a few days from the date the appointment that I had cancelled.
