Courtesy and professionalism was as good as always. Rachel answerer my questions and concerns. Her knowledge was impressive and she understood what I was going through and had been in situations and symptoms close to what I am having. Her advice and understanding of my symptoms and situation was very encouraging. She cares and sympathies with me. She made it easy to talk to her about feelings I have hidden deep inside my conscious.
