Everyone was friendly and professional. I’m not sure who dropped the ball on my lab work though. I had asked that my Vitamin D levels be checked (even if I had to pay for it)but it didn’t happen. They offered me to go back to the lab to get it drawn, but I didn’t do it. I was disappointed, but everything else went good.
A positive group of shakers and movers introducing a modern & interesting way of moving people up the health ladder where they were once stuck looking for that one special extra hand to pull me up one more rung. What's not to like ? And their Oscar goes to?.... Omg "Rachel query" for best supporting doctor in a real life role.
My provider, Rachel Query NP, is exceptional. However, I had an abnormal lab come back and scheduling a follow up visit for that issue has been cumbersome and difficult. I have had to call back 4-5x to the scheduling team and for a provider referral. Terrible process and no one seems to know what they are doing - I get a different answer each time I call back. We met Rachel Query as our other primary care provider retired. We totally appreciated Rachel, she was just what we were looking for in a primary care provider!
I was very pleased with my doctor. As a new patient, she took the time to listen to everything I said and quickly ordered the test and services that I need.
Had to come in for discomfort. Issues addressed and labs done. Dr. Tyne was on call and received results from My Chart as Rachel Query was not in that day. Got Rx at Mosaic Pharmacy and issues resolved.
I appreciate very much being able to see my doctor on short notice. I love Mosaic medical and pharmacy
Rachael spent lots of time with me.
