Everyone was friendly and professional. I’m not sure who dropped the ball on my lab work though. I had asked that my Vitamin D levels be checked (even if I had to pay for it)but it didn’t happen. They offered me to go back to the lab to get it drawn, but I didn’t do it. I was disappointed, but everything else went good.

My provider, Rachel Query NP, is exceptional. However, I had an abnormal lab come back and scheduling a follow up visit for that issue has been cumbersome and difficult. I have had to call back 4-5x to the scheduling team and for a provider referral. Terrible process and no one seems to know what they are doing - I get a different answer each time I call back. Had to come in for discomfort. Issues addressed and labs done. Dr. Tyne was on call and received results from My Chart as Rachel Query was not in that day. Got Rx at Mosaic Pharmacy and issues resolved.
