Everyone was friendly and professional. I’m not sure who dropped the ball on my lab work though. I had asked that my Vitamin D levels be checked (even if I had to pay for it)but it didn’t happen. They offered me to go back to the lab to get it drawn, but I didn’t do it. I was disappointed, but everything else went good.

My provider, Rachel Query NP, is exceptional. However, I had an abnormal lab come back and scheduling a follow up visit for that issue has been cumbersome and difficult. I have had to call back 4-5x to the scheduling team and for a provider referral. Terrible process and no one seems to know what they are doing - I get a different answer each time I call back.
