My practitioner was great! An in-house lab was very convenient. All staff were very professional and respectful. My experience with the loads of paper questionnaire (new patient) was disappointing. Opportunity for improvement: The new patient process (paper documentation) could be improved by reducing the repetitive dates and signatures being requested.
Wonderful as always! Rachel is one of the most personable, down-to-earth and empathetic doctors I've ever had. I really value and appreciate her. Also, huge bonus that Mosaic has it's own lab for blood draws!

Rachel Query is a fantastic provider. She listens well, is thorough and has a great chair-side manner. The front desk staff is pleasant and efficient.
Took my blood 2 times and couldn't get any out tried to send me out other places to get it done
